Today I finished the photo shoot with my dear friends George, Enaye & Caleb, since it got cut a bit short a couple of weeks ago due to a huge rainstorm! Like I said last week - a beautiful, photogenic family!

More family fun!

'Tis the season for Christmas card photos, and I am loving it! This morning I took some photos of George, Enaye and Caleb. What an absolutely beautiful family. We had to cut our morning short due to some rain, but I am looking forward to some more time with them! I'm holding off on posting their photos until we are done, but let me just say - these are some of the most photogenic people I have ever met! Beautiful!

Family Fun

After seeing all of the fun that Daxton had on his one year photo shoot, his mom & dad decided they wanted some family photos, too! I had a great time with them yesterday morning down at the University of Tampa! Here are some of the highlights of our morning...

So busy!

School has been very busy this fall, so I haven't gotten out to photograph nearly as much as I'd like to. Now that we're off for Thanksgiving Break, I'm hoping to get some good work in, especially since I just got some new equipment in the mail today. I'll be spending tomorrow morning with the Honey Family, then hopefully some more time with some other families over the next week as everyone gets ready to send off Christmas cards!

Daxton is One!

Welcome to my new photography blog! I'm looking forward to sharing my favorite photos from my latest shoots with everyone!

Yesterday I spent a fun morning with Daxton and his mom and dad, Tausha & John. Tausha and I are both music teachers in the same area, and we have so much fun at all of the trainings and events. We've gotten to be great friends over the last few years, so it's been a blast getting to take pictures of Daxton and watch him grow up in the last year.

Daxton is definitely one of the most photogenic kids I've ever met! It was hard to get a bad shot when he just kept smiling and hamming it up. He definitely is a happy kid!

Believe it or not, this was actually between laughs!

I've learned that I'm a sucker for the back view of the kids. So incredibly cute!

John had a genious idea to bring their red wagon. Great prop! I had so much fun collaborating with Tausha & John for fun shots. And I'm looking forward to more as Daxton gets older and (somehow!) even cuter!
